About the Founder:

Linda K. Palmer, the founder of Where Did the Puritans Go? has extensive background in teaching university and high school students from Massachusetts to Hawaii.  She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Indiana University. Her class Puritans: Saints or Scoundrels is offered every year at Tufts University OLLI . As a member of the New England Historical Association she was selected to present her paper William Vassall:Harbinger of Religious Liberty at the New England Historical Association biannual conference in October, 2010 at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine.

 

The character she portrays in Where did the Puritans Go? was a passenger onboard the Arbella, the ship that brought the first Puritans and the Charter from King Charles I to America.
